A BIG COOKIE! But it's ok. And here's why...

The rest of the day is all fresh veggies and lean proteins. So no big deal. This is important! We all get off our "clean eating" plans or whatever our current diet plan is. Don't beat yourself up over it. Enjoy it and move on! We are human. We mess up. It's ok. Most importantly, don't let it lead to that downward spiral of "well I already messed up, I may as well eat more crap all day long and just start again tomorrow!" I did this for so many years. Give yourself a break. Be kind to yourself. Thank yourself for the mini indulgence and get right back on track. One small slip up will not derail you. It's not what you do some of the time that matters, it's what you do most of the time that counts! You got this!
