Eat your Veggies! If you don't think you like something, try roasting it. Great tip - Roast a huge pan of veggies and then eat on them all week. That way you don't have to cook every day. Chop and cook only a few times a week. One of my favorites - roasted cauliflower. Chop it, sprinkle with olive oil and salt and roast 425 for 45 minutes until brown. Tastes like French fries! YUM!
