Do you eat the same thing all the time? Do you ever feel like you're stuck in a rut and bored with your food choices?  

Have you ever heard of the concept of eating seasonally?  If you can master this, you will never get bored. There's a few different aspects to eating seasonally.  I'm going to go over two of them today. 


First: Eating fresh fruits and veggies in season is sort of common sense.  These foods are fresher and healthier for your body.  You can usually get them locally so they haven't travelled thousands of miles on a truck and been forced to ripen through chemical sprays.  In other words, eat berries in the spring, melons in the summer, apples in the fall and grapefruit in the winter.  Same goes for veggies.  Asparagus in the spring, zucchini and tomatoes in the summer, squash and root veggies in the fall and winter.  You get the idea.
